Free Delivery
We offer Free Local Delivery for orders over $30 in the local Edmonton, Alberta area. This is based on your entered Postal Code and covers Edmonton, Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Devon, and Leduc. If this option is not available when you checkout (the system is not perfect) and you are in these areas please select Arrange Pickup and we can add you to the delivery schedule manually. Deliveries are generally made on Saturdays, we will text or email you the evening before delivery with an estimated time. Cut-off for Saturday deliveries is Thursday evening. In some cases, Friday orders can be accommodated depending on stock availability.
Shipping Canada Post
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some destinations. We ship within 5-7 business days using the method picked at check out. Please note we offer no guaranteed delivery dates
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Arrange Pickup
We offer pickup for customers in Spruce Grove the day of our delivery. We will arrange a pickup location and time through email or text.
Returns Policy
You may return unused, non food items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Honey, Bath & Body products can not be returned for health or food safety reasons, If there was an error or something is defective with the non returnable products please Contact Us and we will work out a solution.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
